As a property management company, it has been our goal to give quality service to the owners we represent and to our tenants for however long they are with us. Here are some of the services we provide:

  • Screening of prospective tenants and reviewing their application by reviewing financial capability, credit reports, and tenant history.

  • Preparing of leases and collection of security deposits to hold until tenant moves out. Deposit is fully refunded if property is left in acceptable condition. If not, some of deposit will be used to finance repairs or work needed caused by tenant.

  • Collection of monthly rents.

  • Send collected monies to owner minus property management fees and repairs made for property. Owner will receive detailed account of any repairs.

  • Arrange for bills to be paid for owner, if desired, such as mortgage payments, condo fees, and utilities.

  • Arrange for any necessary repairs or maintenance to be done, in communication with the tenant.

  • Handle any potential problems that might arise from the tenant from lease violation, including eviction.

Our fees are a percentage of the rent collected.
