We offer Professional Tenant Screening:
Our screening process includes verification of employment, income, prior rental history and a criminal background check.

It is always our goal to place good tenants in our properties, in keeping with the Fair Housing Act and satisfying the goals of our property owners. If a tenant is in default, due to lack of rent, Coral Springs Properties Inc, will handle the eviction procedure on the owners behalf.

We have many resources for advertising, including newspapers, the Internet and the Multiple Listing Service. We work diligently to advertise and show your property to prospective tenants, to keep the vacancy periods to a minimum.

We are attentive to maintenance issues, particularly in preventative issues, to avoid costly repairs by conducting inspections, to assure tenant compliance.

Owners are consulted on repairs in excess of $200.00 unless it is an emergency. Proposals are sent to owners for approval with maintenance commencing once the funds are received.
